I’m a creative thinker, an adagio dancer, a loyal friend, a Hispanic entrepreneur and a careful observant deeply in love with life’s secret flow of events. After suffering a dance injury at age 21 I was sadly informed that my dancing days were over. Dealing with chronic back pain at such an early age became the driving force for my recovery. Since that age, I dedicated myself to look for solutions beyond conventional medicine. It took me over 3 years to feel my body move freely again, but the day that happened I found a profession, a passion, a life style and a new beginning.
Nowadays, after over 10 years of my injury, I’m chronic pain-free. I have gained an understanding of pain mechanisms, anatomy, physiology and kinesiology that support my passion to continue learning about the human body. Against all odds, I became a professional dancer, ballet teacher and dedicated mom. I dance barefoot all day long and enjoy meeting people who take the challenge to fight for their health.
